History

All Saints Reformed Presbyterian Church (ASRPC) began as a church plant of Stony Point Presbyterian Church in Bon Air, VA. We are located in the Museum District of the beautiful capital city of Richmond, VA. We had our first worship service together on June 24, 1984 in a church building that had been built in 1922, which we were able to purchase a few years later. Over the years the Lord has blessed us with strong expository preaching from Howard Griffith who was our founding pastor and continued as our Senior Pastor for almost 23 Years. In 2003 we called Dennis Bullock as our Associate Pastor and after Dr. Griffith went on to teach at Reformed Theological Seminary in 2007, we called Pastor Bullock as our Senior Pastor, a role that he has continued in to this day.

The ministry of All Saints has been focused on worship and preaching from the Word of God. As well, we have been fortunate to be able to support a variety of mission works through out the world in places such as Japan, Mexico, Romania, Hungary, France, India and Uganda. We see our own work as a mission to reach the city of Richmond for Jesus Christ.

Vision

Our Purpose: All Saints Reformed Presbyterian Church exists to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever. We seek to do this in joyful and reverent worship, biblical and sound teaching, loving and gracious fellowship, merciful and patient service and a bold and clear witness to our neighbors and to the nations.

Our Mission: To gather and perfect the saints of God in Jesus Christ through the Word of God and prayer, seeking to bring the believer’s heavenly citizenship to bear upon their earthly callings in this present age.
